Melbourne-born.
Greek-Australian roots.
Based in Woollahra, Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Daniel Drakopoulos grew up in Melbourne in a Greek-Australian household where food meant family, celebration and connection. Fresh markets and shared meals helped form a belief he still brings to coaching: a sustainable way of eating should be enjoyable as well as practical.
His professional path began in fitness. While coaching in Melbourne gyms, Daniel noticed that people often wanted clearer guidance about food alongside their training. That led him to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Nutrition at the University of Melbourne, with study interests spanning gut health, sports performance, metabolism and behaviour change.
He went on to work across nutrition support, independent coaching, group education and corporate wellness. Over 10+ years across nutrition and fitness, his approach has stayed grounded in the same question: how will this work in someone’s actual life?
Now based in Woollahra, Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Daniel offers local consultations by appointment and online nutrition coaching. He works with busy people who want to simplify decisions, build consistent routines and make space for the food they enjoy.
Daniel is a Nutritionist and Fitness Instructor. His work is educational and coaching-based, with a focus on clear guidance, personal context and long-term habits.
Qualifications and approach.
